We guarantee the plating of all our jewellery for a period of 12 months after the original purchase date. Should you need to re-plate your KASHKA jewellery within this 12 month period we will re-plate it for you at no extra charge. In an attempt at respecting slower fashion consumption, we appreciate that jewellery is sentimental and you may want to keep your piece but give it an updated look ( over time, plated gold vermeil (on sterling silver can fade). This may vary depending on how you look after your jewellery) and so we offer a re-plating and Re-stringing service outside of the 12 month guarantee period, at the following guide prices
- Studs & rings: £20
- Bracelets, long earrings & necklaces: £30
- Re-stringing £35
Please note: These prices are an indication only and may vary depending on the individual piece.
Occasionally, there are some pieces that cannot be re-plated or re-strung. In these instances, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Repairs
At KASHKA quality and craftsmanship are of paramount importance to us. However, jewellery by its very nature is delicate. If you should need a repair on any KASHKA piece, please email us at shop@kashkalondon.co.uk . Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. We will then send you a Repair Number, which must be clearly labelled on the package. All repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
KASHKA will repair, at no charge, any breakage caused by a manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 30 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse or general wear & tear, will incur a repair charge.
We can only accept repairs for items purchased on www.kashkalondon.co.uk.
Please note: KASHKA does not accept returns on any item that has been worn (unless faulty).
