To our wonderful KASHKA London supporters,

We know times are hard for everyone at the moment and we hope you are keeping safe and healthy. Being a small business we are doing our best to support our employees and stay afloat in these uncertain times. As with many businesses our sales have taken a big hit. We are taking each day as it comes, but wanted to update you on what we are doing and some changes. If you are in a position to support small brands we hope that you will consider KASHKA London for some of your purchases!

Important Updates:

E-commerce stores

Our online store is still open as are the other platforms we stock on. We will be keeping you updated on  so make sure you are following us there.

We will continue to fulfil online orders whilst the Royal Mail service is running. We are taking all necessary precautions to keep things disinfected and have both a hand washing and packing station at the ready.

Royal Mail are not requiring signatures and are working with contact free deliveries, so keep and eye out for them. We can’t guarantee next day delivery at the moment though and all orders being processed do have delays on our side and with Royal Mail, so please be patient.

We will also make ourselves available out of the office (our team of 3 will be working from home) so if you can’t get through via phone, please do email  us on shop@kashkalondon.co.uk, the inbox is open 24 hours and we will respond as soon as we can.

September 2020 Update

Please note that postal services are operating at reduced capacity and therein there are exceptional delays for all local, national and international deliveries. Some customers have received their parcels after 2 months. We request your patience. If after 3 months you have not received anything, please get in touch on shop@kashkalondon.co.uk . We will have to raise complaints with Royal Mail and then arrange to see what the best solutions are at the time.


We are continuing to work on your bespoke jewellery. Our two London jewellers have taken jewellery benches and tools home and are still working from there. All current orders are continuing as planned. We will be in touch to arrange courier / shipping options when your pieces are finished. If there are any changes or delays we will of course let you know as early as possible.


We know not everyone may be in a position to spend at the moment. However, if you do want to support us or another local business consider buying a Git Voucher for future use. We can send these digitally and they can be used for  on any jewellery  on our site or towards bespoke orders.
