Yes. All the information transmitted is secured using the official Internet protocols. KASHKA does not store Credit / Debit card information, they are saved on our financial provider’s secured server – security certificate 256-Bit SSL same encryption used by Banks.
You can use the KASHKA London website without giving out any personal information. However, when you create an account on kashkalondon.co.uk, we will collect the necessary information relative to the invoicing and shipping of your order. Furthermore, you may access the Site solely for your own personal use. You must not use any content of the Site for any commercial or illegal purpose.
KASHKA website will only share your personal information when it is necessary for the processing of your order: bank, courier partner etc. KASHKA London will use this information when it is necessary to identify you and will only communicate your information when it is legally necessary to do so, following a complaint for example.

We work predominantly in 100% sterling silver, 9k, 14k and 18k Gold as well as Platinum from a range of sources;
Fairmined Silver, Eco silver and Recycled sterling silver.
We work primarily with Fairmined Silver whenever we can ( subject to the supplies available in the trade), and so, therefore, it makes up roughly 70% of our designs. The Fairmined silver pieces will always have the Fairmined logo hallmarked on to the jewellery. Where we have to use eco-silver or recycled silver, they will bear the relevant brand marks. Regardless, we are very passionate about ethical jewellery activism and any collection and bespoke commission has full transparency when it comes to the materials we use.
Fairmined Gold, Eco gold and Recycled gold
Our Gold sources are all from recycled sources from within the trade, be it from the insides of old electronics, or jewellery scrap. We buy it in from our suppliers in London who are as committed to being ethical as we are. If you require a specific design to be made only in Fairtrade or Fairmined gold please do not hesitate to contact us.

We can help through our expert hand engraving service. Engraved by hand in London, we currently offer this service on all items where the hand engraving option is available.
Our expert hand engraving team can engrave in the following languages:
English, Arabic, Farsi, Chinese and Japanese and can also engrave pictorial images at additional charges. Please contact our sales team on shop@kashkalondon.co.uk to discuss these options.
We provide complimentary hand engraving per item for letters and numbers- up to 7 characters of alphanumeric options or combinations. If you require more, charges will start at £20. Please contact our sales team on shop@kashkalondon.co.uk to discuss these options.
At the moment we only offer hand engraving which will appear in a clean hand written style note.
Engraving will add up to an additional 10 days to your order delivery date.
Please make sure that you enter your message correctly as engraved items cannot be returned or refunded.
WOMEN’S STANDARD NECKLACE SIZES GUIDELINES
14″ NECKLACE
Fits most women like a choker, and a good size for a child aged 2-7 years
16″ NECKLACE
Falls perfectly around the base of the neck like a collar. On a petite woman, it will sit on collarbone while for plus size women it might feel more like a choker.
18″ NECKLACE
A common choice for women that will fall just below the throat at the collarbone. This length is popular for adding pendants which will hang over a closed neck.
20″ NECKLACE
Will fall a few inches below the collarbone and allow a little more breathing room. Perfect for a low, plunging neckline or if you want to wear it over a turtleneck.
22″ NECKLACE
Falls at or above a low neckline.
24″ NECKLACE
Falls below any neckline.
36″ NECKLACE
Common with pearl strands and will hang below the bosom. They can be worn as a single strand or you can double them for an 18 inch necklace.
Our chart above shows a range of available ring sizes for the most popular adult sizes and converts them from British letter sizes to European and American number sizes. At KASHKA we use the British letter system, and usually have K, L, M, O in stock.
